Health Dangers of Juuling

Juuling. The current teenage trend that parents and schools want to abolish. Juul was created to be an electric cigarette alternative, delivering nicotine through vapor, without the smoke and without the tobacco, How does it compare to cigarettes? One juul pod is equal to 200 cigarette puffs, the equivalent of an entire pack of cigarettes. The bottom line is that Juul and cigarettes are unhealthy, and both contain nicotine.

Each juul pod contains 59 mg/mL of nicotine. When nicotine enters your body, it prevents blood from reaching its targets in timely fashion. By putting more stress on the cells to reach their destination, chance of heart attack increases. Nonetheless, “users” might say the brief tingling they experience, is worth the risk.

Another danger of juul pods, is that people can use the empty pods for any “juice” of their choice, including drugs. The most dangerous is Cannabis E-juice, which can be found in vape pens filled with marijuana. The dangers of Cannabis E juice include drowsiness, decreased reaction times, and an increased long term risk of heart attacks.
